It's easy to become a member, and you do not have to own a boat.

SSYC meets every Monday evening (except on holidays) upstairs at the Shilshole Bay Beach Club at 6411 Seaview Ave NW, near West Marine. Registration begins at 7:00 p.m. The meeting program begins at 7:30 p.m. Join as a casual member for $10.00 per meeting at the door or join as an annual member for $150.00.

There is no charge for boat trips. Typically the club holds a dance on the second Monday of each month . Occasionally this will change so check out the calendar to keep current. At each meeting, announcements will be made about upcoming club events. At the end of the meeting, individual skippers will introduce themselves and their boats and talk about their planned trip. After the meeting you will have the opportunity to sign up with the skipper of your choice. You will get additional information about the trip and what to bring.
