Saturday, September 25th, 2010 marks the 18th annual Northwest Harvest Benefit race sponsored by SSYC.  Now more than ever, Northwest Harvest is in need of donations. Through your participation in the race, auction and dinner-dance, you'll be contributing to a very worthy local food relief effort and having fun at the same time.  Prizes will be awarded to the top finishers in each class in the Race Against Hunger on Saturday morning. In addition, the skipper of the boat that turns in the most food and monetary donations will receive an award.

The race award presentation takes place following the race at the Shilshole Bay Beach Elk’s Club. Everyone is invited to come to the Unmask Hunger Happy Hour, Dinner, Dance and Auction Saturday evening. We look forward to having you join us!

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 25. The Seattle Singles Yacht Club invites everyone to attend our 18th annual NW Harvest benefit event. This year’s theme is Unmask Hunger! So, masks are IN!
Happy Hour starts at 5:30 pm.
Dinner is 7-8 pm.
Dance to great music by Rainy City Riff Raff from 8:30 -11:30 pm

COST: $40 for the entire evening (must be purchased by 9/22.) Includes dinner, dance, mask judging contest, live and silent auctions, and door prize raffle.  Dance Only tickets are $20 and may be purchased at the door.  

ATTIRE: Casual clothing, masks — bring your own or make one on site! LOCATION: Ballard Elks Beach Club, 6411 Seaview Avenue NW, Seattle, WA 98107.
 
Race Against Hunger
COST: $50. Register and pay online or print form and mail in with your check. Food collection Saturday 8:00 -10 am. $1 or 1 lb per foot of boat length. Skipper who collects the most wins a prize. Mandatory skippers' meeting 8:30 am. Race start 12 noon.
