$50 BOAT REGISTRATION INCLUDES THE EVENING EVENTS

 

FOOD COLLECTION PLAN FOR RACE DAY

8:00 – 10:00 am food donation collection

Ballard Elks parking lot

Seaview Drive (same location as evening events)

 

Each registered boat must provide $1 or 1 pound of food per boat length. The boat that generates the largest amount of money will receive a prize.

 

Food will not be accepted unless the Food Donation form is completed and presented to a food collection committee member. Forms are available in advance at www.ssyc.com or on site. The form needs to include the name of the skipper and the boat, the amount of cash and checks, as well as the total pounds of food donated for each boat.

 

Scales will be available on a limited basis (if at all, so don’t plan on them.) People will need to calculate the total weight of their contributions by adding up the weights on each item. We will have calculators available at the drop off site if needed. Volunteers on site will not be responsible for totaling your pounds of food

6:00 pm           RACE AWARD PRESENTATION

8:00 pm           LIVE AUCTION

8:30 – 11:30 pm          DANCE
